  1. How do I return a defective part?
    If you need to return a part for repair or replacement. The normal turnaround time is 5-10 business days from the time YOCOR Industries ® received the part, assuming the customer has followed directions exactly. To return a part for RMA. Please fill out our RMA form. Back to top

  2. What is the turn-around time for your computers?
    We try to have our computers delivered to our customers within 3-5 business days, assuming the customer has followed directions exactly. Back to top

  3. What is my warranty?
    Your warranty coverage is explained on the warranty statement provided with your computer. All computers are covered with 1 year warranty on all parts. Back to top
